Nearly half the Waitrose stores in the UK are now fitted with the Evac vacuum drainage system. Primarily used for condensate collection from fridge cabinets, but also used to collect waste water from sink and prep areas and in some stores customer toilets.
A relative new comer to the vacuum drainage solution. Condensate spillage from fridge cases is virtually eliminated with vacuum drainage making it a safer environment for shoppers
